Taste Coming Back

How much have your tastes changed? I think I'm regaining some taste bud or smell sensitivity already (2 wks). I can taste some flavors better than before. I blow vape out through my nose more to keep the smell & flavor going, it's awesome! I just wondered about others' experience. Post #13, watch out, they will soon unleash me on the main site!

Taste and smell came back really quickly for me as well! I was surprised.

Smell and taste were great fro me while I was smoking analogs, and for 3 weeks after I quit. Now for going on 2 weeks, I havent been able to taste any vape flavor i have. I'm all sorts of screwed up.

After about 3 days of vaping, my taste came back nearly full force. Then it it almost completely disappeared for a day or two and now it is slowly coming back again. Some days I can taste more than other days, but lately, the good days are starting to outnumber the bad. I have been vaping for about 2 weeks now.

i have also regained a huge amount of smell and flavor sensitivity. i didn't even realize how much i had lost till it came back, and now the world is full of aromas i never paid much attention to before. i have also noticed that if i vape the same flavor for a while, my tongue becomes habituated to that and similar flavors, so i try to change it up every couple of days. fruity for a couple of days, then spicy, then tobacco, and back to fruity, that seems to help me from getting bored with the same taste all day.

Just wait until you eat something you liked before you quit smoking and realize you don't like it any more. It sucks!

Y'know what's funny? I REALLY didn't notice any difference in taste and only a SLIGHT increase in smells. Weird. I know...

I realized that garbage day on the street smells YUCK! LOL
I realized I can smell all the flowers now!
Some food is really not that good. Some is so much better !
