So I got a Kayfun lite and I accidentally did the wicking wrong and burnt the cotton. I changed out the cotton and watched a video on how to properly thread cotton through the coils. I know it is feeding e-liquid to the cotton now as i can see the bubbles going up in the tank and I can taste the juice but I have a slight hint of gross cotton taste still. Is this just because the burnt cotton is stick to my coil? Will the slightly gross cotton taste go away? I can tell it's not giving me dry hits at all. I'm getting really nice vapor and a good amount of flavor, it's just mixed with gross cotton taste.

I experienced this when I first tried cotton. In my case I was using cotton balls and found that boiling them helped, as well as using less cotton in the coil. Another option is to try a different source of cotton, there are a few options (various cotton balls, yarn, etc) that people are using.

I'm sure somebody will be along with recommendations and more tips/tricks than what little I can provide :)
