kayfun problems

really need some help with my kayfun lite please. leaking, flooding, gurgling, burned taste, burning wicks. yes i have all these problems with my kayfun but not all the time, can be a great vape and then leak half the juice out airflow, or taste great then i get burnt taste and have to empty and change wick. or work great then gurgle and flood. and i wicked it with lots of cotton,to very lil cotton, to cotton over the coil, when i change the wick it is burned in the coil and splits in half, and ive changed the wick 7 times in one day sometimes. please help its driving me nuts

If you don't fill it from the bottom you will get flooding gurgling and leaking from the air hole
I do mine like the first one this video shows and never have any problems

Have you checked to see if all the o-rings are where they should be, especially the small one that sits where the chimney and top cap meets?

Posting pics always helps trouble shooting. What pg/vg ratio juice you using? What power are you pushing thru your mod?

are your orings in place? leaking thru the air intake is a sign of a bad oring or missing oring.... the one that gets overseen most of the time is the one that seals the chimney to the top cap.

yes its a clone, all o-rings are in place and good, tried power levels from 3.3v to 4.0v. and using 50/50 juice

Take a picture of your deck so both wick wells are visible (from the top).

I drip a few drops of juice onto the fresh cotton wick and over the coil, screw on the chimney cap, cover the airhole with one finger, fill from the top. Keeping the airhole covered the entire time with my finger, and after filling turn the kayfun upside down as you tighten the top cap back on.

Which kafun? 3.1 lite or lite plus. I'll take a stab that your airflow is too tight. That can explain gurgling and flooding but not burnt taste. What are your ohms and watts/volts set at?
