So I have been off smoking for almost five weeks now. I have tried a pretty good variety of eliquids and I am noticing a few things.

I am having a hard time really getting any "big" flavors. I have tried both Boba's and Gorrilla juice and there is some flavor there but nothing like what people rave about. I also noticed that with the Gorrilla juice and the Banana Cream Pie from Rawr Vapor I don't get any flavor of banana even though some of the people around me said they smelled banana while I was vaping.

Now I know taste is subjective but I am wondering if this is just my taste buds not back yet. If that is the case does anyone have an idea of how long it takes for you to regain your taste and smell after you quit smoking?

Everything I read says a few days but here it is over a month later and I still don't notice a difference.

It was a good 6 -8 months before I could really fully taste the juice others said was strong. I could smell it, just not taste it. I used to stick to juices that offered extra flavoring and juices that are typically stronger like cinamon and tobacco. Even after 3 years I still tend to stick to the stronger ones. It will also help if you dont stick with 1 flavor all day. Try to alternate 2 or 3 throughtout the day and see if that helps. Good luck.
