Well 7.5 - 8.0 watts seems to be a good starting point - or if you prefer voltage, try adding 2 to the ohms of the head you are using. So if it's 2 ohms, start at 4 volts.

This is entirely subjective though and depends on the juice you are using and your mood and what type of vape you prefer.

Just mess with it, there is no right or wrong answer really. If you find you want more vapor and flavor, turn it up, if you find it tasting too hot or a little burnt, turn it down.

There is a vaping chart out there that shows suggested voltages and ohms. Google vaping chart if you want to see it, but using the rule of 2 I mentioned above will put you about the same ball-park as the chart.

The batteries will be up to you... just look into the battery specifications of what you're deciding on.

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/baditude/4848-9-battery-basics-mods-imr-protected.html

I average about 9 Watts with single coil cartomizers, but that can range from 8-11 Watts. 11-15 Watts with dual coil cartomizers, 5-6.5 Watts with bridged dripping atomizers, 6-8 Watts with clearomizers, 6-15 Watts with RBA's. My friend that just started is currently operating a 2.1 Ohm dual coil iclear 16 at 5.18 Watts/ 3.3 Volts, and he is very satisfied with it.. I have to have my power cranked up pretty high. There is nothing set in stone, especially with all the range of flavors and ratios being used.

I'm not sure if the VTR offers RMS/pulse voltage and direct voltage. I know it uses RMS, and that means that your voltage is going to range from the output you have it on to 0. So if you're set to run at 4 Volts, you will be fluctuating from 4 Volts-0 Volts. I'm not sure about the 134. It doesn't specify on innokins website, and it doesn't specify anything other than RMS with the VTR.

Your settings are going to be dictated by your juice and the resistance of your coils. Your goal isn't long battery life, your goal should be the setting that gives you good flavor without being anemic or burnt.

It's all up to you. Find the setting that suits your taste buds the best. And bear in mind, what works great with one juice may not be the best setting for another.

Thanks
so can you give me some setting that would recommend.

Andy

Put it in P(Power/watts) at 5.0. Take a few hits there and then change it to 5.5. Do the same thing all the way to 8.0 or 8.5 to find where you like the hits the best. Once you find the setting that you like between 5.0 and 8.5, keep it there. If you change atomizers or the ohms in the coil change, the device should still put out the same hit.
