dont know whats wrong. been vaping for 2 months. using a joye 510. just got vp1 and for some reason my normal menthol liquid has a metal aftertaste. ive tried different attys different cart fillers and i tried cleaning everything. im stumped. is it possible i got a bad batch of liquid? i use wet your stick menthol which ive always enjoyed. please can anyone help

first thing i'd do is try it on a different device.... if you still taste metal then it's just not agreeing with you.

or try a different flavor in your current device and see if the taste goes away...

never had the same issue. i would say its the liquid as well, my 510 doesnt have the metal taste and have been using it consistantly for 2 weeks now. try ecigecpress and usalitecig, or any of the other vendors listed on the main site with good reviews for you next batch of liquid. hope it goes well!

Sounds like your burning a lot hotter with your new PV try adding more juice when dripping and see what happens, different volts and different pv's burn juice all together different, has happen to me to, a wet Atty is a happy Atty...!!!!

If you try dripping a few more drops than you'd normally do, and if that doesn't work (make sure you don't flood it), then I'd contact the seller, saying you got a bad bottle.

I agree with Red not to flood the Atty. If the Atty is too dry it produces a dry, dull, slightly burnt taste. If it's flooded it produces a very thin hot vapor that has a metalic burnt taste. It's almost painful to the throat.

I disagree with the post that said a wet Atty is a happy Atty. I would change that and say that a damp Atty is a happy Atty.

Thought I'd try the disposable e-Cigs first to see if I like them, before jumping in and getting a starter kit from anyone. Those disposables did have a metal aftertaste. The kit I purchased doesn't.

I also had the same prob with wetyourstick. I had some sample bottles that I liked, so I ordered 2 30ml bottles (The only thing I changed was that I ordered 0 nic instead of 24) Both bottles had this nasty taste that I just can't cover up. Most people do contact the seller and get it replaced, but I, unfortunately, never got around to it. I kept trying to cover the taste up with flavoring.

Also, I thought that if I ordered lower nic that there would be more flavor, but it seems they cut a high nic juice down to suppossedly o nic and it was almost completely void of flavor.

Since then I haven't ordered any more (besides NHaler and V4L)
