Tasty Finger & AC missing ingredients.

The tasty finger i received a while back doubler & 2 48's
Was pure chocolate
The ac tastes 80% cherry

And Geoff was rude when i asked simple questions cause of how it tasted.

told me he would not refund or replace & i never said I wanted refund

all i wanted was the missing ingredients to put into it. to fix it.
even if i had to send it back to prove it.


Tasty vapor lost my trust and referals.

didnt want this to be a rude post but it is deserved after trying to work with him

And for those who had bad juice its not the nic or juice its them missing ingredients or using wrong ingredients.
 
my tasty finger is about 2months old.
samples sent to people for testing against old stock
and its just chocolate.
missing the peanut buttery taste.

as for my ac its about 3months old
cause its not vapable for the wierd cherry flavor it is.
the first 48 i had of it it tasted soso.
but nothing like what was sent to me for a sample by someone.

My first order with TV was filled with 2 bottles of one e-liquid and none of another. I contacted TV and explained the problem. They immediately sent me the missing e-liquid and wouldn't accept payment for the extra one they had originally shipped (that I decided to keep.) Although I had placed a fairly large order, at the time they had no way of knowing that I'd be a regular customer. I can therefore only assume that the difference in the way we were treated was based on the way we presented the problem (e.g. "this is the problem" vs. "you screwed up my order.")

I have never received anything but excellent customer service from TV.

Thats really odd, did you use a fresh atty/carto cuz both my AC and TF are both spot on. There could also be other factors to it... It seems after re-reading your OP that you did direct order from him. After my 18 hours here at work im gonna give AC doubler a vape, and also check into TastyFinger doubler only as well...

Yes i used clean & fresh dripping.
and sent samples of what was purchased from geoff to 3 people.
that has the old supply before his move.

but who cares i know geoff dont and if my credit card company takes care of it like someone messaged me. then I dont care either.
but having 100+ in juice and the only 1 that tasted great was banana fosters
makes it sad.

As in you're not going to be returning to the forum? Over one bad order? That's just silly.

Honestly I don't think you can blame Geoff. It sucks, But too many hands in one pot leaves room for mistakes.
At the end of the day, Yes its possible that whoever mixed your juice forgot an ingredient... And I agree that its crappy that you have two juices that you don't like... But how many bogus emails and calls do you think TV gets on a daily basis by people who are just trying to get free stuff?
It happens ALL the time. I own my own business, and I know for a fact that its really easy to get ripped off by people. You can't fix every mistake, and sometimes honest people suffer.

Sounds like you could use a nap. Things always seem worse at night... Or a nice long vape session. But since "smoking is cheaper" I guess you could use a cigarette.

Before you "sign off for good" can you answer one question?
How many good tasting bottles have you received in the past from TV?
Im really not trying to sound Bit*hy, Im just curious. I just think its silly to delete your account over this. Or to give up vaping.
Hell, I have only placed one order with TV. I'm no fan girl. I just don't want you to say screw it all, and suffer in the end.
Do you really think deleting your account will effect Geoff? No. It really wont. He has loyal buyers, and great tasting juice (from what I have tried)
BUT you will be effected in the end. Why deprive yourself of the forum?

Haha Why? Lol. Its difficult to take irate people serious. At least for me it is. If you are calm and express your problem without acting like a crazy person, people are far more likely to respond well to you and fix your problem. I highly doubt everyone is going to jump on the "I hate TV bangwagon" :facepalm: I think TV's customer base will remain intact. ;)

I've received plenty of gross tasting juice from suppliers. Do I hate their guts? No. Will I order from them again? No. But I am merely one person. Others love their product, and are loyal, and will remain loyal. Sometimes you just have to cut your losses and move on. Making them out to be the root of all evil is well... Silly.

...Not. But since we're talking about tasty finger... I got mine today and its YUMMY!!! I can't put it down... I may have to buy a doubler so I can dilute the NIC and vape it every 10 seconds and not OD. :vapor:
