My first order that was placed with TV was on a Friday night, the weekend that Tasty Vapor was moving. I found out about the move after I had already placed the order. I figured I was in for a wait. My order arrived on Tuesday and was exactly what I had ordered. That's 2 business days to my door! Outstanding!
My second order was a large one. I placed it on Sunday night 3/28/2010. Today is Tuesday 3/30/2010 and I just received the shipping notice and tracking number. Geez Louise, I think Geoff is burning the midnight oil! I am totally impressed with Tasty Vapors excellent customer service and products that have been provided to me so far.
Now anyone that knows me will tell you I am one picky $oB. I bow down to no one! Nor do I suck up to anyone. I am 52 years old and have paid my dues. I dont have to. Im the customer and I am always right. If I am going to give someone my hard earned dollar, they had best earn it! Matter of fact I am a very skeptical person. I only state the facts of my experiences and transactions. I keep and archive all my records, e-mails, dates and so on. My professional back ground started out in manufacturing quality control am now in corporate legal and it has been beat into me to document and record everything. Keep in mind that to err is human and Ive yet to see anyone walk on water, myself included.
That being said, I felt it necessary to let everyone know of my actual and factual dealings with Tasty Vapor and I highly recommend them. Every communication I have had with Tasty Vapor has been prompt, courteous and with the utmost professionalism. I receive several e-mails on every order I place that inform me of the progress of my order. I honestly dont know what else a consumer could ask for.
Geoff, I may not always agree with everything you say or post, but I respect your opinions and you run one hell of a business and produce a high end product. Job well done! I rate Tasty Vapor at 5 stars.
