Is it legal to ship to a country where it is banned. Shipping to Canada is at least 14.95 and in most cases 19.95. I don't understand how you can buy on ebay from other countries and they ship it free.

Ebay forces many of its smaller sellers to lose money on shipping costs, but that's a different animal.

Priority shipping from the US to Canada runs about 12 bucks or so, with an additional couple bucks for handling, 14.95 is NOT highway robbery by any means.

Also, isn't it also illegal to import juice/cartos into the states from China? If so, perhaps you should focus on THOSE battles, unless having something helpful to offer in regards to ours.

It's no more BANNED in Canada than it is in the States.

I've personally received a few PM's from US members asking me how we're faring up here, what with the BAN and all. 3/4's of my originial purchases CAME from the States. Not a single problem. Unfortunately for US residents, from the look of things south of the border, the States are going to end up banning ecigs before Canada does.
