Last week I placed an order from TV. This week Wednesday rolled around and it wasn't here, Thursday, no dice. I emailed them and a short time later I got a reply saying that my order was sent out to the wrong address [So if anyone got an unexpected package of Cinnacide and Banana Nut Bread you'll know why

Not long after our email exchange I get a notice that my order has been mixed and shipped out Thursday afternoon, and it arrived today. Not bad... 2 days from California to Wisconsin. I even got two free bottles of some Chinese liquid that I have yet to try but it smells pretty good. Some tobacco flavor I think.
So anyway, TV made a little mistake but they promptly made up for it. But the thing is even though they are a small business all it took was one email, and my order was out the door an hour later. No run around no hassles. Thats great customer service IMO.
I believe this has been my 7th order from them and every time has been a positive experience. Thanks TV.
