So I got a stamps.com tracking email on Monday after placing my order last Thursday night. Problem was, the name and address on the shipping details was not my own. I decided to wait a few days to see if my juice came anyways and unfortunately it did not. Emailed Geoff last night but then remember immediate responses are better suited with their live chat or over the phone.
Long story short ... used live chat tonight and spoke with Geoff directly. There was indeed a shipping mix up and some lucky guy (that shall remain nameless) received two orders. Within a minute he had found the mistake, offered an extra free sample for the mishap, and began remixing my order right away.
Thus far, I've experienced nothing but quality juice and solid customer service from TV. Did they make a mistakes? Sure, but that's going to happen once in awhile. Geoff made it right ... and that's what matters.
