Identifying marks. Unwise whatever side of the street you stand on. However, some people think it's cool to have tweety-pie tattoed near their end of days. Ymmv

My two big assed scars are more identifiable than my tattoos (4). My other 2 smaller scars less so. I guess I can be identified now no matter what I try.

By the way, when I got my tattoos in the 80's I followed some good advice... Never get a tattoo where a judge can see it.

I don't have any tats. I just never thought highly enough of any one thing to have it on me forever. You know, like I wouldn't wear the same clothes every day (even if they were clean every day, lol). Tats just aren't my bag. There is some awesome artwork out there; I just don't want it permanently affixed.

I don't think tats have anything to do with vaping, per se. They just seem to be very popular the last several years.

Nope. I have nothing against tattoos or people that are decorated with them, I've just never seen any design that I'd be willing to commit space on my body to.

I have an American Balde Eagle that love wearing everyday

I'm sleeved and have several large tattoos as well. I vape because I enjoy it. I never was a heavy smoker. I have tattoos because its my body and I enjoy displaying the beautiful art. I'm a light drinker. So having tattoos does not necessarily mean someone smokes, drinks or does drugs. That is just an image people attach to someone with tattoos. That's why I find it hard to make friends, they see I have tattoos and think I'm a bad person just from that.

Is it me or do most vapers i see have tattoos

I have tattoos, and piercings, but you won't see them when I am dressed to go out in public :)

They arrived long before I started vaping.

The folks at my local B&M don't appear to have any and are very well dressed young people - contrary to many reports I've heard.

Honestly I don't feel that's a fair thing to assume. I have tattoos and have had sleeves since before I started vaping.
I go to the vape shop and not one of the 4 people there have a single visible tattoo.

Thats because retail employees are required to present a professional appearance to the public at large.

I have tattoos myself.None of them are visible because I worked in the restaurant industry as a server and bartender for 25 years.

Tattoos may be gaining in popularity but there are still many professions where its considered inappropriate. Imagine a police officer, banker or surgeon all with visible sleeves and/or facial piercings or gauges.

Id be loathe to give the banker my money. Thats one place where most of us with an iota of common sense would want the individuals handling our money to be conservative....same goes for the surgeon.

As far as the police officers goes, it would be even more dangerous because people would question their authority and even doubt if they were a police officer to begin with. .....potentially ignoring orders that were in their best interest to follow in time of crisis.

You feel oddly rebellious when you're out in public, displaying your heavily tattooed arms and legs, while a majority of other people are not decorated in that manner.

You get over it quickly.

In a similar manner, you feel oddly rebellious using an e-cig in public at this point in time. Most people still don't have the slightest idea what these devices are (and aren't).

And you get over this quickly too.

Tattooed vapers unite!

Ok, gonna date myself here...I have tattoos almost old enough to be grandparents, and one I had done just last year. Mostly in recent times I've has older ones freshened up. None are visible on a daily basis, (except the one no one notices
on my earlobe) and all are small florals except two small memorial tatts.

Each one represents a specific time in my life, and I don't regret any of them.

To each their own; do what you enjoy in life!!
