.15Ω is not a name it is the resistance of the replaceable head.
The replaceable head is the part you thread into the base of your delivery device / clearomizer / tank / topper, it is a pre made single unit that contains the coil & wicking material.
The holes top & bottom are for airflow through the head, the holes on the side allow eliquid to flow into the wicking material.
Some folks call them 'coils' but that leads to confusion with RBA's where the user has to wrap, mount, measure resistance & adjust coil(s) then wick what they've built.
Like the previous response said, temp control heads should be used in the temp control mode of the power device you're using.
The coil inside the .15Ω substank head is Ni200 referred to as nickle.
Ni = nickle/ Ni200.
Ti = titanium.
Select the appropriate TC mode on your power device, TC-Ni / TC-Ti.
Then set W & temp.
If your main problem is burning liquid there are several causes.
Most sub ohm 'tanks' are designed for direct lung inhales - rapid strong inhale direct to lungs.
Trying to mouth to lung will not pull enough air through the system to cool the head & will cause burning.
Using a temp control head (Ni or Ti) in watt mode.
