TC wire questions - Just got my IPV4S

Hey there everyone in Temp Control land
Just received my IPV4S today to replace my well worn IPV3 and my Ti Gr 1 28g hasn't arrived yet.

I have 28g Kanthal and 28g Nichrome 80 and was wondering if I can use the N80 for temp control and if so what the temp offset would be. I'm figuring that someone has already started a thread on this somewhere but I haven't been able to find it. Could anyone help me with some info or point me in the right direction?

Cant use n80. Can use nickel titanium others but those are the ones preset
