Tea baggers: How often do you change filler?

I saw a tea bag mod on You Tube (actually two) that use regular Lipton Tea Bags, not the pyramid style. I am going to look for pyramid but in the meantime have been doing the regular Lipton bag with success.
I really need to use carts, dripping isn't for me. I tried poly fill mods- I like Simple Cart mod, using a poly fill plug the best- did the spring mod too.
But I may have gotten holdof some bad poly b/c today I was vaping hot crappy vapor all day. Switched to tea bag and things got better.
Question for those who have used tea bag- how often do you replace the filler? Is there any give away that it's time?

I tried using the pyramid bags and found that when folded they created a certain density at the base of the cart (510) that seemed to trap all sorts of gunk (for lack of a better word). I got some Blue Foam and it is everything that the BF advocates say it is (and a lot less work).

i usually replace mine every 5 days to a week. i vape the same flavors so thats not an issue. you can rinse them out as well a few times. havent tried the blue foam mod, but have tried the ptb and purchasing foam batting, and the ptb works best for me out of those 2. hope this helps.
