I've noticed a lot of complaints about leaking carts, and I was just wondering if anyone had ever tried wrapping a little plumbers tape around it? The tape doesn't have adhesive, so it wouldn't gunk up the outside of the cart. In case you don't know what I'm talking about, it's the stuff that gets wrapped around shower head threads before you put the shower head on.

Sometimes the leak the through the atty to the battery connection (which needs to have metal to metal contact). Or out of the cart and into the mouth (where it travels through the same space that makes it possible for you to vape the vapor). SO it wouldn't work for those. But yeah it might help if the leak was between the sides of the cart and the atty.

I'm not sure that will help. It appears ? the leaks come from the vent holes and you cannot close those up and wraping just the threads does not seem as if that will do it.
But then again, I am NO tecno.

I've only been using a atomizer for about 3 days (prior all cartomizers-no leaks at all) and I have a habit of slightly blowing outward (during prime button depressing) and then a regular inward inhale.
I found that if I do not do that little blow outward, that I greatly reduce the leaking.
Second thing I found, is more VG (thicker juice) seems to help greatly as well.

I wanted to try this atomizer/drip thing compared to my cartomizers. But so far, the only
positive is the taste factor. I can really "taste" the different flavors.
Other than that, it appears to be alot of work!

After my trial/just wanted to try it phase of atomizers/dripping
I think the cartomizers will be welcomed back with open arms!

On a sealed 510 battery connector, the air flows in through a hole in the cart just above the threading. If you didn't block that hole, it might work.

Good luck getting that cart off the threading without causing damage, tho. 510 threads are very fine, and might distort under the added tension of a foreign object (tape) being forced between them. I'd try it on an old batt that you don't mind destroying first.
