Nope... no cases... don't use 'em. Fears of leaking tanks filling the case and ruining the mod haunt me.Is that a silicone case on your Mod ? I could only get mine in black and silver and i really wanted black but for the price i got it for i can't complain ,so i ordered a black silicone case for it from fasttech
That'll work. 'Cept you'll be setting Joules, not Watts. Mine is set at 60 Joules, but that just kick the coils in gear. The mod throttles is back...On another note. I normal only vape at about 30w so should i set my watts at the same and then just keep upping the temperature till i fine a spot i like. And after i find the sweet spot do i need to lock that setting in.
Five clicks of thr fire button to get to the menu. Another click, and you'll see power mode, click up or down to get to Joules mode. Another click of the fire button takes you to Unit (C or F) selection. Click up or down to switch from one to t'other. Another fire button click reveals the Temp selection screen. I typically start at 420 F (215 C). Another click displays the Exit menu, and pressing up or down there exits. If you run past that, you'll see the system off/on menu, but continuing to click the fire button will take you 'round again.Okay i see, so i set the Joules at 30 and then i start upping the temp from there? I was a little lost as my other Mods have wattage and i normally set them at 30w
for TC.. i would avoid an alloy like NiFe (that's an iron-nickel alloy, most mods only do one type of metal)... stick to the basics, shawn is steering you right. once you've figured that out and have a mod that has a setting for NiFe, then i would try it.
it's a shame your mod doesn't do SS, it's my prefered TC if i'm going to use it.
Ok... wow... that's odd... there's something seriously wrong, there. My Reuli's are fine with SS. What grade wire, what build, what settings on the mod?I do have a Reuleaux RX200S that will SS and some .4 wire but i never had any luck using it,every time i hit the fire button it just got very hot and melted the wire

Welcome and glad you joined.Hello everyone great site you have here.
I'm looking to have a go at TC and I will be using a IPV 4S on a Bellus rta. I don't think the IPV 4S has a setting for SS so I'm thinking that I will be using maybe Ni200 or Titanium wire I also hear good things about the NiFe30 wire. As the Bellus rta only has a small deck what do you guys think would be the best wire for a newbie like me to start with.
Thanks All
I'd strongly recommend you to stay away from ni200. It has a high tcr, yes, but the low resistance and the softness of the material makes it difficult to work with. Ti01 is much better, and ss316 even more so.Thanks for the help so far guys i really appreciate it. I didn't realize that T.C was so complicated. Just had a look on Stealthvape as i normally get my wire from there and sometimes from i think its called the Mesh-Company on E bay, and they seem to sell a few different types of wire
Tempered Ni200
NI200-Ribbon
Annealed Nickel-Ni200
Are any of them okay to use on the Bellus ?
Thanks All
