I'm happy to announce that Saturday, May 9th, is mine and Jaaxx's Big Day! We're having a small wedding in a beautiful mountain town, and when we return on May 12, I'll be MRS.Jaaxx!
Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 5, 5pm eastern time will be the last day that we will fill any orders until Wednesday, May 13th.
All current orders will be shipped in the usual time frame. No worries. If you ordered today or yesterday, it will go out just like usual. Anything ordered tomorrow before 5pm eastern will be shipped on Wednesday, 5/6-- Thursday at the latest, in the case that we have way more orders than anticipated.
We will not be updating inventory until the end of this week.
You may order during the week that we will be away, but no order will be shipped until Wednesday, May 13, nor will emails be answered during this time. (We love ya but will not be checking email on our honeymoon!) We will ship as many as we can handle upon our return, in the order that the orders were placed. Please understand that if we have an extremely large workload, this means that an order placed later in the week may not go out the day after we return.
We occasionally make boo-boos. In case of a mistake/oversight/problem with any order that we shipped before we left, please send us one email explaining the mistake. We try our best for these things not to happen, but if they do happen, we will make it our number one priority to fix the problem on the first day we are back (Wednesday 5/13). We deeply appreciate you guys and will make every effort to resolve any problem that may occur as soon as possible.
