Tesla FirePhoenix II--Worst Device I have ever touched

UPDATE:
RETURNED TO LOCATION WHERE I GOT THE DEVICE and said am I missing something because I can't for the life of me get this to fire and I'm not a newbie so to speak..I'm not looking for a refund (saying refund in a vape shop here is like using incorrect terminology in a headshop), I just want to know what I'm doing wrong. The guy tested it, said hmmm, this is weird, grabbed another one and tested IT and it worked. He gave me a new one and a free 30mL of juice and said "I'm honestly sorry about that. I know how annoying it is to buy something and have it not work. Here's a 20% off card for your next purchase."
For 5 minutes I felt like America was America again. So, this device although primitive in its VV set up as discussed, DOES actually work. I wouldn't say it blows clouds like any top shelf device but at the same time I must correct my negative review of this product on the basis it doesn't even work. Now it's just got a review as "you get what you pay for and since it wasn't much, and now it works, hey it's ok."

This device is total garbage don't buy it. I bought it on a whim just because I have so many RDA's and Sub Ohm tanks I thought I could use another base to add to: Heimdall, Caravela, Kanger KBox, Kanger Subbox Mini, Sigelei 150W, Aspire CF Sub Ohm, Copper Vanilla and simple ego battery. The Tesla Phoenix II is just garbage from the beginning. No atomizer fits on this thing correctly, no matter how you rig it or do what you do. So far it won't work with any atomizer whatsoever: no .5 kanger coils, no RDA's whatsoever...They literally will not even screw in correctly. Unless its under $8 do not buy this product. I have come across some straight up just JUNK in my days, which happens, but the battery I bought is worth 4 times this thing. Its not even worthy of the graveyard of mods, its going directly into the trashcan. Dont waste your efforts all I am saying.

Thanks for the heads up, this is the first time I've even heard about these things, I did a quick google search and they look like an inferior product from the get-go. Sorry you had a bad experience.

I mean it looks good, it lights up like its supposed to as the website says, but literally ZERO atomizers will actually fire with it. Its as if I need to take off the safety or something like a pellet gun. Im seriously getting annoyed! brand new battery, old battery, button lights up and works but Atlantis 1 and 2, any kanger tank, and any RDA will not fire at all. It sucks because its not a bad looking mod.

Trust me, I've seen people at the gun range shooting cheap pistols...and I stay very far away. Saw the slide come right off after he shot a +P round through it.

Yeah, it wasn't exactly costly, just giving a heads up don't buy THIS particular model (theres a fire phoenix 1 that may be great), and a LOT of Tesla products have reputable reputations. Live, learn, stick to brands you like. I WOULD love to go back to the store I bought it at and say "make this work or I will tie you into a pretzel". But, buyer beware in SoCal. Damn SoCal.

They ARE an inferior product. Not a bad experience, just thought I was missing something but realized I wasn't, its just junk. I just wanted another base for my tanks and RDA's and should have gone with my instinct and bought the one that was priced higher. Get what you pay for. Honestly its embarrassing to even have this thing. It makes Kanger's first KBox look technologically advanced beyond this century. A Vision Spinner dominates this product. A disposable foot long BLU E cig dominates this product. Menthol even.

If you can, Try RMAing it, and ask for store credit. If anything, you could salvage the money and get some drip tips or something.

UPDATE UPDATE 2.0:
This product sucks. It works, as far as the light on the button goes, but there is not a single atomizer that will fire on this, from .5-5ohms. Nothing. I exchanged it for a new one that worked in the store, got home and it didn't work. And this isn't user error. This product just sucks
