I really recommend the vamo v5. Had the v3 for a year and and I abused the hell out it so I just got a v5 a month ago. So solid and reliable. It goes up to 15w, I believe the Tesla goes to about 12w.

The Tesla goes up to 15watts ;)

Vamo's are well known for bad 510 threads, only have to do a search on ECF for the problem and will get dozens of threads complaining about it. But everyone has there favorites, just like a lot of people rant how good the MVP2 is, where I have moved away from them, because to many connection problems with toppers.

In order of my preference based on my experience
    MVP
    Tesla
    SVD
I have owned all of these in the past, gave the Tesla and the SVD away but am thinking about getting another Tesla.
The Tesla I gave away to a good friend that needed to upgrade.
The SVD I gave to a friend that enjoyed tinkering because it would not fire anymore

next time you feel the urge to give away mods, let me know and I'll PM you my address. lol

I have had no issues with my svd. I got it local, and use it everyday

Same here. Granted I have not had mine for 6 months yet.. but works flawlessly. As good if not better than my eVic. The side view screen took me a few minutes to adjust to it, the button placement doesn't bother me either. Outside the setup I don't even look at the screen.. I set mine up for my tanks how I like it, and locked the buttons. And if I do end up changing the settings it only takes a few seconds to change and re lock it.
Honestly the only issues i've read about the SVD.. have come from searches on ECF. Not saying it's limited to here, but I have only heard/read of fire button issues here.

Just came across this thread cause I was searching to see if anyone makes a matching battery cap for the SVD yet.. the only thing that really looks out of place on the SVD

Curious, those that have had issues.. where did you buy from? and how long ago was it?
I do know the SVD has changed at least once, used to have a clear fire button so maybe they have addressed some of the problem?

Ok so I got both of them now,I like the SVD much better, the Teslsa buttons feel very cheap, they rattle and when you push the fire button the other ones move. The SVD just feels more solid, the button in my opinion is much better. I have a MVP love it,a VTR love it also,I even recently bought a used 134, love the look and feel but the button kinda sucks.I like the SVD more than any of them so far,it feels nice and solid, feels like I'm holding something, the Teslas feels like a cheap made toy in my opinion compared to the others.

I too have the SVD, going on 5 months now and not had one problem with it. Yeah the screen and the menu buttons are a little weird but easy to get used to. It's took every tank I've put on it although it started having trouble firing the PT2 but that was fixed by adding the aero control to the tank. I should be getting my new Kayfun 3.1 in vape mail today so we'll see how that goes.

I loved my SVD at first, now i'm getting the sputtering fire button. Sometimes it just turns off, sometimes it won't, sometimes it won't fire and I have to mess with the button to get it to fire. I'm glad you like yours, but I bought an MVP 2 after that and I like it much better. Now I have a Caravela clone and and EA clone and the SVD is collecting dust. Now the only thing i like about it more than the others is the wattage range that it has.

I love my MVP as well,I think I like the heft of the VTR better but it does feel kinda strange with it so close to my face. I guess I just like the look and feel of the Svd more for some reason,it just feels good to me.i have had the turning off problem with almost all of them now and then. My button fires well as long as I make sure that I'm pushing from the center,it took awhile to get the feel of it.

I cannot recommend buying an SVD. The thing is terrific until the firing button breaks on you. Mine just doesn't power on anymore and I'm left with scrap metal.

^ This. My SVD had fire button issues right out of the box. Innokin's quality control is crap. If you like the look of the Tesla and don't mind the buttons on top of the screen (instead of below it), I'd go in that direction...but I've never had the chance to use one, so take that with a grain of salt.

I bought mine from a local vape shop and i have never had any issues with it. it works just as good as the day i bought it. Its strong and durable as well. I would definitely recommend the SVD.

Ive been looking at the SVD as well. Ive read about the firing button being faulty in many threads. I cant remember but are people finding that the SVD's with the white firing button were having problems? Or are the white firing buttons on the new non-faulty firing buttons? Also, whats the best battery for the SVD? Flat top or button top?

I have a dark firing button. It died in about 6 months.
