"The Terminator has a simple battery indicator system to tell you when the battery is dead. When the voltage is between 3.0-3.7V, the LED light will flash red. When the voltage is between 3.7-4.2V, the LED light will flash blue. If a single hit exceeds 12 seconds in length, the LED light will flash 8 times. If the battery voltage is below 3.2V, the LED light will flash 15 times in red and power down."

Is the battery charged?
Do you have another 18650 battery you could try?
An external charger is suggested for charging removable batteries.
Do you have an external charger?

Try a different usb cable and or a different wall adapter.
When did you use the device last? 24 hours? 2 weeks?
What battery brand and model is in the unit?
How old is the battery?

i tried 2 cables and i used it like 1 week ago i have this battery like 4 months and its Sony VTC5A batery 18650 35A 2600mAh

That is frustrating.
I would try to find another, fully charged, suitable 18650 battery somewhere to test your Terminator mod.
If the test battery works in the device, we can presume the problem is with the on board charging circuit.

If you can source an external charger, chances are good that the battery can be revived.
You could then test the mod for proper function.
If the charging circuit is the problem, you can still use the device with an externally charged battery.

IMO, an external charger is a WIN-WIN.

Where did you get the battery? I'm wondering if it might be a counterfeit, in part because you've got wonky stats for it. The VTC5A is 25A and 2500 mAh. If you're looking for somewhere reliable to get a new battery (or charger), I'd recommend one of the suppliers in the blue row of Mooch's recommended battery chart.

Welcome and glad you joined.
Your problem could stem from many different causes.
Could contact:
Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
