Really confused about what to get. I am using an itaste vv for about two weeks and was really happy with my purchase. BUT...the battery is a big issue for me. It lasts for 240 puffs max and a little bit small with my pt 2. It was good for me until this weekend. I found the best juice for me after 3 months and my vaping habits really changed..

I was searching for a tube mod (not box mods) for couple of weeks, then went ahead and bought the vv. I really want a bigger mod but a variable one since the mechs aren't my thing yet. A Provari will going to happen sooner or later but the budget is a problem for this year.

Have three options as far as I like the look and with a similar price range and reviews. What are your opinions?

Tesla
Lambo 4.0
Vamo 5

Or?

All of those are good choices.

First, decide if you prefer one button menus or multi-button. The Vamo and Tesla are multi, the Lambo is one.

Second, decide if you want VV or both VV and VW. The Lambo is VV only, the others offer you the choice of which mode to use. (Your VV3 is VV/VW and multi-button, btw.)

Third, decide if you want the ablility to use different size batteries. The Tesla is 18650 only. The Vamo can be "reduced" to work with 18350 size for a smaller package (and shorter run time.)

Thanks for your comment David. My first choice was the Lambo. With it's finish and better reviews. There is Lambo 6.0 and people said the quality is not good enough. That made me confused.

I am looking something that I can have a backup battery with me and don't deal to find a charger or plug it in to my computer. BTW from what I saw in pictures at myvaporstore, Lambo has multi buttons. It is good to have different types of batteries but we all used walkmans once. I had my backup AA batteries with me at those times :)

And for the budget, I don't order directly from China. The prices of those two differs between $50 to $80 on US stores. The budget is limited to $100 with thr batteries and charger

Interesting... the pics I've seen of the Lambo have only one button. Maybe just a different model.

You might want to have a look here: https://www.usavapingsupplies.com/

They have both the Vamo V5 and the Tesla, at China compatible prices. I've dealt with them, good fast service. Not a lot of gear (yet?), but FAST. (My last order was placed on a sunday, shipped monday AM and delivered that wednesday.) You could even get one of each from them, with a couple batteries and a charger and still be within or near your budget.

Any of the tube mods will let you carry spare batteries. Just don't carry them loose, but in a protective and non-conductive container. :)

I have a Tesla and am very satisfied with it. It has a good solid feel, can take a beating and, IMHO, is an easier unit to hold and use due to its shape. I was having a problem and took mine back to the B&M where I got it; turns out the problem was with my Aero tank, not the Tesla. While they had my Tesla they loaned me a Vamo. I liked it but I had a couple of problems with it:
- the round shape made it difficult to find the firing button if I wasn't looking at the unit; now, understand that with the Tesla I had gotten used to the flat side pieces which gave me a clue where the button was and I am sure I would have gotten used to the Vamo after some time;
- the version that they loaned me was a chrome model which showed fingerprint marks from people who just walked by it!!! I found myself constantly wiping it down
- it misfired quite a few times on me; again, may have been from my inexperience with it but I was certain that I was pushing the button squarely and firmly but would not get anything

What ever you desire, hope you enjoy it!

They have good deal on both at dfw. Multi buttons is better may be I can give Ace a try. Been looking to mechs after I saw tons of beauty but buttom buttons and big side buttons is still not my thing I guess. And building is still not for me, so will stick to pts or aeros for a while.

I will consider on your thoughts friends, thanks for your comments.
