I started using e-cigs last year in Oct. Aside from trying an analog from time to time to see how it tastes I have not looked back. E-cigs are great devices that really take the stress out of eliminating the use of harmful tobacco products.

I was looking into a thread that has quit smoking all in all because all I see are testimonial on quiting analog but not e-cig. Since it is advertise that it helps you stop smoking.

I have been analog free since January 15th of this year. This was my second go around with vaping and this time it was like flipping a switch. I now understand that inadequate equipment was my reason for failure the first time. Finding the right fit in juice, batteries, and cartos/attys is extremely important. Now, an analog is the last thing on my mind! Good luck

No vendor advertises an e-cig as a smoking cessation device. In order to do so, they would have to qualify it as a medical device like the gums, patches, etc. with the FDA. The e-cig is a harm reduction device, an alternative to smoking, not a quit method.

Having said that. Many, many, many people here have stopped smoking cigarettes altogether. Many have reduced their nicotine, and I know a few that have stopped using the e-cig... but those people aren't on the forum anymore since they've stopped.
