@Carolyn Z , I use TFA, Capella, FW, INW, and FA. For the TFA Dragon Fruit, it comes across, to me as "hard" and less smooth in my testing. So I, yesterday, did two 5ml bottles as below.

5% TFA Dragon Fruit, 5% TFA Mango, 5% Whipped Cream - I realized that I didn't have a "melon", so I put the mango in. Both are soft and melony.

5% TFA Dragon Fruit, 5% Hawaiian Island Punch, 5% Whipped Cream - Again, I am trying to soften the Dragon Fruit sharpness. I just toss them all in at 5% and then, after steeping, test and start adjusting. I do anticipate that the version with Hawaiian Punch will be a touch sweeter.

I am kinda tinkering with an Ambrosia Salad feel, but going with all different fruits didn't work.

The 5ml bottles, I use a lot. Over the last two days I have made nine 5ml testers.

DIY is a hobby for me.

Hope helps.

That something missing feeling.....I hate that too.
Might give a couple marshmellow or meringue flavors as additions for mouth feel and maybe try playing with addition of vanilla (there are a ton of different ones) for another layer to the creams to add depth to your recipe.
I'm just spit balling as I don't have a recipe for you, but it may give the cream base the additional flavor you are looking for.

Good luck, it can be fun and frustrating but when you hit on something you like its fantastic!
:toast:
This is wierd but I tried cotton candy better but not it. Then I added some madagascar bourbin vanilla, not quite. Thinking I know what this but what is it....think think think...what the....is that ANISE added one drop and what do ya know...it's really really close enough for me.

OMG..I mixed some tropical cream breeze at 15% 3 weeks ago, and I know I made a mistake (big mistake)....I think I put in nic instead of plain VG. Lord, I almost passed out. Have to hit it again to find out. Now this is harsh, it didn't taste like this in my dripper yesterday. There has to be a ghost messing with my juice..LOL Have to dilute now, and 3 week steep. Oh well! Lesson learned
