Hello
Well its been a couple days since i got my kit and i very happy with it. I havent had a real cig since i got it and i have no craving for a for a real cig. even tho its been only a couple days im starting to feel really good, my car, hair, clothes, dont smell anymore:)

anyways i have a question about trying differnt flavors. Right now i have 2 Cartomizers and a tank going with 3 differnt flavors that im vapeing, but i want to try some other flavors i have, with out using a fresh Cartomizer.

Should i drip the new flavor into the ones im useing? or wait till its time to refill and fill with a new flavor? I have empty atomized cartridges that came with my kit should i use them? do i just fill them(i tried this but got no flavor just vaper) then use them with one of the atomizer that came with my kit?

What is the best way to try new flavors?

thank you

Minor Details
you can look up on youtube ways to clean the cartomizers so you can reuse them....just filling with another flavor will mix the two flavors and might not taste so hot (usually doesnt). also like the previous post mentions you can get new atomizers which are easier to clean than cartomizers and taste test with them.

i got this kit eGo Riva 1100mAh Black w/gold band or Stainless could i use one of the atomizers that came with it to test?

if so would i just drip the liquid into and put my dip tip on and try?

I'm not really an atomizer person, waiting for someone more versed in this to come along. Dripping atties really are the best thing to test out flavours but you could make it work with those atties. I'm sure you could drip onto the coil (if exposed) to test?

Welcome unknownn and congrats on dropping the cigs! Like chelly said the atomizers are the way to go with testing new flavors. First make sure there is no primer on the atomizer by blowing it out. Then check out some of the gazillion you tube video's that are out there on dripping to see how its done and you're good to go :)

Ya you got it! Just make sure to blow on the non-battery connection end (?) into a paper towel (close your eyes:)) to get any primer fluid out, then drip 2 or 3 drops into the atomizer, blow that out as well, then drip another 3 or 4 drops, put your DT on and vape! Once you notice the flavor changing drip another couple drops.....amount of drops needed will change based on the bottle and size of drops

Where you ordered your juice from ? (i might buy this one ) how many Ml you can put in the cartridge ?

This type of stuff derails threads. If you want to ask questions irrelevant to the topic, that's what PMs are for

Thanks, therealmac (this man knows what he's talking about better than I when it comes to atties LOL) I knew someone would step in and save me

Normal 510 atomizers are perfect for dripping, even though they may not be de-bridged like a "dripping atomizer," they'll work perfectly fine. You'll want to pick up a drip-tip for easier dripping, but push come to shove you can take the fluff out of a cartridge and pop that on the atomizer to use as a mouthpiece.

Interesting. What is the difference in the actual function of using a 510 atty vs. a dripping atty for dripping? Is it just in ease of use?

We're all better informed for this! :D:D

Hugs, I have no idea what you're talking about. All I'm saying is that if you want to ask a million questions about his kit then you should PM him instead of spamming this thread. Nothing about vendors or illegalities (huh?!).

I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

Glad to hear you are liking your first PV! I will second those that are suggesting using a low resistance bridgeless atty with a drip tip. I am totally hooked on dripping as you can switch flavours relatively quickly and the vaping is vastly superior to cartos and tanks. Much more "pure" way of vaping I figure, even though my experience is rather limited. If I could recommend a couple of non-tabacky flavours they would be TV Monkey Chunks (banana/chocolate/anise) and TV Key Lime Pie. (the name says it all) Both very flavourful and just a bit sweet. I find that a good combo as a recent ex analog user myself. Everyone's tastes differ but I find those two rather good as an alternative to tobacco flavours. The vape really makes quitting way easier eh? Gotta love it.

Good luck!

One more thing. How the blazes did hugrem get to 377 posts? He must be posting one word at a time.

Correction: That's 381 now! 382, 383, 385...

well i got a 510 e-cig (290mah auto from canvape) and before using it i put 3-4 drops in the atty and then 5-7 drops in the coils.

I'm so confused... If you put 3-4 drops in to the atty you ARE putting it on the coils... Why/what/where do you drip this other 5-7 drops? (which is entirely way too much liquid to be putting in an atty you're dripping in..)

Normal attys have a little bridge for use with cartridges with filler, the bridge simply grabs the juice and puts it in the coils. A bridgeless "dripping" atty simply removes the bridge so you drip right on to the coils.

You can remove the bridge yourself, actually. I did it to most of my attys I've got.
