Pokey i did manage to get the phoenix in the acorn XL tank which is advertised to hold 6-7ml. Its not pretty but works well for now as i would prefer a permanent 510 connector on the bottom instead of the grommet but my Arry ActV 3 tank is not the XL size which has the 510 built in the bottom cap.
This produce really nice vapor and if i were to hold the fire button down for as long as them guys do in the some video's it would be too way much for me to inhale.
As i type this and vape i unscrew it from device and notice a little moisture where the threaded coil part goes into the little hole in the grommet so i vape this tank and that's probably it until i can get proper tank for these.
Flavor is really nice too i just wish it was not grommet on bottom i would be set.
As a note this is the phoenix i been using since April 30th but put into this tank today.

Honey girl had some things she had to go to today, so I had a nice quiet house and took advantage of it for a two hour Pokey nap!!! I think I really was kind of tired out. And our poor jj2 with the real world getting in the way of having an easy day. Poor baby!! That's awful. And Dies reaching the ripe old age of 50 degrees ...

Nice job on the tank, Dies! Sorry to read about the slow leak, meh. But I bet you get it fixed up in no time.
I haven't messed with #3 yet...if I get one of these to work good, then I'll start foolin' with the tanks.

Pokey i broke down and opened a new one to test. Filled it and waited few minutes.
Started vaping hmm good no problems.
Then i started getting a muted to semi burn taste hmm.
Pulled the mouth piece off and the filler cap off poured e- liquid into bottle and looked at it. Pulled the long stem off inspected coil which was fine. Went to put back together and tube did not want to go on easy hmm.
Then i notice the wicks were to long and so i saw in Ld's video him clipping them which i did and tube slipped right on .
Filled and its vaping just as good as the others now im happy to say.
Little minor bump in the road but no biggy im happy.

Well, Dies, you are having good luck with these and I am happy for you. I clipped a la LD for the first one; clipped inside the cup a la Pokey for the second. We all know how those turned out.
Then I went to a partial de-wicking on one and a full dewicking on the other - and we all know how those turned out, as well.
3 left to play with - it is possible I had two bum ones off the cuff; could be a bum box; LD mentioned he had 3 bad out of his last box.
It might be a Pokey issue - it's been known to happen,
At any rate, I am tickled no end that they are working so well for you...I really am. And I am good with my other stuff, it's just that curiosity and boredom get to me and I get the itch to try something new...and this week it was the Phoenix cartos.

Campfire at Fran's is on the to-do list, now, along with the plaid couch at TTs.
