I don't know - are these considered some of the new CE things? I was thinking they were? Fillerless, nearly wickless, coil is at the bottom...everything goes by so many different names now, I can't keep up

That's what I like about N.H. A lot of it is two steps away from civilization.
Yup, it wouldn't be cost effective for the cable company to run a cable up there, so you need the satellite dish.
I live in Marlow Jerry. It's only 20 miles out of Keene but it's what you'd call a one horse town. The one store/gas station was sold months ago but hasen't been opened since.
A cell tower on the hill is cost effective, Fran. That's the ideal place for a tower.
It's all about profits. A cell tower on the mountain has greater range than below the mountain. More people will use it, which makes them happy and the phone company happier.
The cable company runs their cable when the most people are.
