Good Morning All,

Today is going to be my last day of having to mow for a while. I have one little piece to do with the tractor and then hit the front yard with the lawn mower and then after today we're going to have two days of rain according to the forecast.

Then around Tuesday we're going to run out and get the travel trailer in Arizona and take about a month vacation and grandson can do the mowing for a while!

Hope you guys all have a good Thursday at work and if you get the chance, put a little extra in the Sociable Securities because I'm planning on this being a real nice vacation!

TT

My Gosh!!!

salem and Gummy Bear both here on the same day!!! Fantastic!! And its good to see both of you!! Wow!!!

Hey, I've got a lot of big news!!!

First of all, it seems like we are having a butterfly invasion! I have never seen so many really pretty butterfly's out - all at the same time, and they are everywhere. I wonder if it is because of the wet spring after two years of drought? Whatever the reason is, there are lots and lots of them and we're enjoying seeing them.

And ... I got all the mowing done including the front yard!! Now all that's left to be done is the big south pasture, but that's going to have to wait until we get back home. But everything is done that I wanted to get done. Now I'm ready for the two days of rain! And rest!

And now, the big news!!!! We had an earthquake!!! For real!!! It was centered about a mile west of our house and was a 3.7 quake! Now all of you who have spent any time in southern California know that a 3.7 quake isn't anything, but for around here its the talk of East Texas! It shook some homes pretty good and scared the tar out of a lot of the old ladies. In fact, three of them got in their little cars and came to our house. I guess they figured old TT would protect them from the nasty earthquakes!

Some of the old brick buildings in town are pretty fragile, in fact, one of them fell down one day when a train went by. Fortunately, the building was not occupied. But I think the memory of that incident was what gave the old ladies the inspiration to come to our place.

So that's the big news of the day!! If you happen to be watching the news and they mention an earthquake in East Texas, you'll know they were talking about something that happened at our house.

TT
