Welcome to Alamogordo, Nursie T! There's a three dollar surcharge associated with the honorary residency. Will you be paying that or will TT?

Haa Haa!! Have you ever known of TT to have three dollars?? I guess I'll be paying it. Do you take Master Card?? Does this honorary residency include a glass of blue lizardade?? :D

LOL, well, since I'm broke I guess Nursie T will have to pay the three dollars.

Unless you'll take a check ....?

But she is going to LOVE Alamogordo!!!

TT

I know it is hot, hot hot in Alamogordo (well, I assume so, since you all say it is. I've never been). But I don't know how it can feel much hotter than I have been today, cutting stone for top caps in 96 degree temps with 35% humidity. Gahh, I'm dying here. I'm just taking a break to let the dizziness pass

Just watered the fig trees and DW wife gave me haircut, showered shaved and feel pretty good now.
JJ that heat is breaking all sorts of records 3 days straight over a hundred as of yesterday plus good string of high 90s our ac is been working its behind off.
Suppose to turn cooler into 80s they said as the hot dome move away for now.
Whole country is in a broil it seems as on the other forums everyone is complaining i see.
Take care.

Dahlin,' come down to East Texas and do that in 96 degree temps with 90% humidity! This is LIVING!!

Glad to hear you're quitting and re-hydrating when your feeling dizzy though. Smart lady!

I know. The good news is it has drop about ten degrees in the last couple of hours. Hopefully this is the break they said we are going to get.

We're actually getting measurable rain today and temps have dropped. Currently 79. Had the cooler tuned off most of the day.
