TFA RY4

Is there a different between TFA RY4 and TFA RY4 10%? I've read countless things about RY4 and I'm not sure if I'm just confused about the wording when people people are talking about it. Are they using TFA RY4 at 10% in their recipes or is there something called TFA RY4 10%?

I just checked Wizard Labs for those, and don't see a TFA RY4 10%. Most likely, when whoever showed the ingredients for the recipe...it means TFA RY4 @ 10% in the recipe.
