TFV8 Baby beast problem

i just recently changed back to a previously used coil on my tfv8 baby beast and for some reason it doesnt seem to be heating up correctly or something. i have my alien220w set to 65 watts but it feels like its set to around 20w whats wrong with it. did i maybe not screw something in all the way

update: i turned it up to 90 and it was hitting like it was at ~50 w but there was some serious juice splashback

Did you reprime your previously used coil? How long was it used for before you put it away? Did you put it away when it would normally have been simply ready for replacement?

Sounds like a flooded coil in my opinion and you might try blowing into it to clear it out. If it continues to flood then something is wrong with the cotton.

Not sure I fully understand what you mean when you say it's not heating up correctly. Can you be more specific as to why you think this?

Did it ask if it was a new coil and did you respond Y for yes?

i got it fixed thank you guys it was just a problem of pressing yes on new coil
