Tgo, Kgo (Rive), Revolution V.2, or Vtube?

I am now using the Joy e tech ego C, and the Apollo Tgo, I love them both.
What are the differences between the Ego, Kgo , Revolution and Vtube?

The revolution V.2 looked interesting.

How are each filled? I like something simple to fill. Does the revolution have a tank?

With the variable voltage, what does turning up the voltage do?

Just need some advice on an affordable upgrade to try.

Someone else will have to jump in about the revolution and the Vtube. The KGO and eGo are essentially the same threadwise, and both use 510 attys/cartos. The KGO is about 4.2V freshly charged (unregulated) and the eGo is about 3.4V regulated. The Riva and the KGO are the same.
