I know, strange title. Just a quick update. Yesterday was the hardest day I have ever had at work.

Came back from the weekend and there were many more broken bottles than I was confortable with - like - half a dozen or more. Granted, in the grand scheme of things that's not many - but - it's too many for me. Stressful. BUT - until we have resolved how we are going to pack these bad boys and ensure they get there safely, we have replaced every single bottle. So, we spent a good portion of the morning making those orders right.

About the time I thought we had that resolved and could move forward - the SMTP portion of all our nicoticket.com emails went down. Translation - we can receive email, but we can't send it. Good time to run a huge sale? Not exactly... LOL So, if I am absent from the forums, that's why... I have to figure it out pronto so we can continue to communicate. In the interim, if you want a reply, I recommend the in system messages. :)

Anyone have a rusty spoon, my eyes are itchy. :evil:

Sorry for your troubles.:( I just placed a big order tonight I'll let you know when I get it safe and sound.:)

You can run a big New Years sale between 5 and midnight!! You know people will spend like crazy when they're drunk!!:lol::lol::lol::thumbs:

Are you working on this yourself, or do you have someone looking into this?

Halo and AIV, both shipping bottles, pack them in sturdy little corregated (sp?) boxes, with crumpled paper. When I was in business I shipped (CDs, sometimes in fragile plastic cases) in very sturdy boxes that I ordered online from Uline.

On the other hand, my 2 beautiful glass bottles of Virus (which, as you know, I don't like) arrived intact in their padded purple plastic package.
