My baby brother, who will be 40 in October and who is father to two beautiful daughters, 6 and 4, visited us a few weeks ago from NJ. He was a PAD smoker.
I gave him a full V4L set-up to get started and bought him a full month's worth of cartos to go with it.
He is now almost a week tobacco and nicotine free and just texted me with the following message, which made me burst into tears:
"6 days down and the rest of my life to go. Thank you so much. I think that this time I can quit for good"
I just had to share this. If I had not found this forum, I wouldn't have been able to quit nor help my brother to quit. My heart is full. Thank you ECF.
