After 14 years of a 1 1/2 day habit, I have finally kicked it thanks to E-Cigs. I bought the Halo G6 kit and for what it is its awesome. I will end up getting something bigger for home use but I was a little ignorant when I started doing research so was scared to get a one of the bigger batteries and tanks as I was worried I would hate it. I WAS WRONG vaping IS THE BEST. 10 Days No Analogs

Thanks everyone, its awesome how everyone on this forum supports the heck out of each other. I think I have probably spend over 40 hours at least trolling this forum and 30-40 Hardware and E-Liquid sites trying to educate myself on all of this. Its amazing how much there is to learn, just can't believe how many options there are from carto's to clearos to tank cartos and then there is atomizers to which I feel like might be more of a pain than they are worth. Currently loving the mini tanks that Halo has but I kinda wanted to be able to have more liquid and am trying to get rid of some of the dry hit so I ordered a MT3S bottom coil from Kanger and bought a 808D-510 and a 510-eGo Adapter. So we will see how that goes. Honestly couldn't wait for the money to buy a bigger eGo style battery. I figure if I used the 2.2 Ohm coils it'll use similar power to my minitanks. Hopefully I'm right about that and don't mess my 808 battery up. Would get a triton battery eventualy but I kinda want to be able to use 510 or eGo stuff and it seems like Halo screwed up in my opinion with making the triton the way they did. Guess I could use my adapters for that battery if I decide to get it. Any opinions on what eGo or 510 style battery I should go with would be appreciated as well as what tanks you think are good.

Welcome to an awesome new world!! Trust me, this is all too familiar, my friend. I started with (and still use daily in the car etc) the Halo Triton. Halo makes great products and juices plus their tank/battery combos are very well matched and "idiot proof"! Very soon, I realized how (foolishly) limiting their 808 threading was and went in search of a "standard" 510 threaded device to avoid all the adapters etc. There's a million and 1 options, reviews and opinions out there. I too spent night after night researching what to get, what's the best this or that etc. Do yourself a favor- figure out what features you're looking for (variable wattage in my opinion) and get the very best device you can afford...from a reputable dealer!! Do not simply buy "one step up" from the cheapest place you find it (unless they have received great reviews). Reasons: 1. you will constantly be wanting "the next best thing" and will waste money if you go one step at a time. Jump up and you'll not have a bunch of paper weights! Most of us have done this. 2. Always, always buy from a dealer with great reviews and customer service even if it costs a little more. Customer service and problem resolution with orders is paramount...believe me!!! Nothing is worse than spending countless hours researching and "finding the very best deal" and getting burned by one of the many new dealers and websites that are simply overwhelmed, not knowledgeable or are flat out slack!! There are WAY too many great places to deal with to end up getting hosed because you tried to save $10. Hoping to help you and anyone else avoid the (few) pitfalls that I encountered. 3. Vape and enjoy better everything (smell, taste, health, convenience etc) :2c:

Can't help with where to go next; I used a G6 for about 6 months and then went to a Provari. The G6 is an excellent setup to start with, IMHO, and it served me well. I like a lot of Halo's juices, too, but most of them are better if they sit for a while before you use them.

The Tribecca that I have keeps tasting better and better everyday. Love it. The Voodoo isn't bad either.

Daniel, I started with a simple Kanger Evod ego kit with 2 batteries and toppers. Next I got 2 Vision Spinner ego batteries. I now have the greatest thing, I think. It's the MVP 2 and everything I had to use with my other stuff is compatible with it. It's a small box type device, and I worried since I'm female that it wouldn't be comfortable to hold. It is so easy to use and fits nicely in either hand. The battery life is just amazing, lasts 2 days without having to charge. I would highly recommend it to you. Here is a link:

This is a super price for the MVP, and I think they are going fast. Check them out.:)
