I just wanted to say hello and thank the ECF for the PV education which has gotten me to quit smoking. My problem has always been that I truly enjoy smoking (The act, the social aspect, etc.) and never really wanted to quit even after 26 years. Well it’s been well over a month now since I’ve stopped and I can safely say that I will never go back.
I love vaping more than I ever did smoking, so much more in fact that have gotten my wife to quit and start vaping and also sent a link to my father to here so he can learn more about it (he’s been a smoker since the 50’s). He is an electrical engineer and is totally into gadgets so I can see him really getting into this.
Thank you again ECF for everything.

Thanks Vapin Chic. I honestly couldn't believe how easy it was to transition from analogs to the pv. I was on my way home from work and down to my last cigarette so I called my wife to see if my package from Volcano had arrived. It had so I smoked that final smoke and never looked back. It was really amazing.

I think the hardest part was the learning curve trying to figure out just what to buy and then of course pulling the trigger. But holy crap, it is so worth making the switch. Thats why I feel this forum is crucial to anyone considering making the change. So much great info and so many helpful and knowledgeable people.

Thanks for the very nice post. I was a smoker for 55+ years, and have now been smoke free for over 7 months. It's Great. and I owe it all to vaping & the community here at ECF.

Agreed. I loved my Camel Menthol lights but I'm not missing them since I have my pv and Thin Mint liquid.
