I have a Nautilus and it has tasted burnt since the first day! I hate it. Does this mean I can do something to fix it?

I wish I could remember what thread it was in, but here's what I did. Take out your coil and look in the top. If it's gunked up, start with a fresh one (mine wasn't too bad). Get some sort of wicking material, all I had was a q-tip, and pull off really small pieces. Using blunt tip tweezers put the cotton/wicking material on either side of the top coil/between the top and bottom coil.

That is to say, put some more wicking material in your coil to help keep it "wetter". Just keep in mind, a little goes a long way and too much can flood your coils. It's not perfect but it did eliminate my dry hits. As an added bonus, it slowed my airflow so I'm not trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose on the lowest air setting just to get some flavor.

Apparently Aspire has admitted there was a design flaw with the coils and has already changed the manufacturing process to include more/longer wicks in the coils. Unfortunately the ones I have are older.

Yes I'm still using an S3 'cause I spent all my money on Vaping!
