I had a Widows Joye510 basic kit, and I don't know if your blue led batteries are a newer design or what, but they are way more powerful than my month old 510 batteries even fully charged. Tells me it's time to get my husband to make me a 6 volt DIY mod.

I thought my atomizers were wearing out in spite of religious maintenance and cleaning .... they just needed more POWER.

The kit has EVERYTHING a new vaper could want. You even charge the batteries so ppl can vape out of the box.

The business cards are a great touch. I'll keep them in my pocketbook, because I can't tell you how many times I've had to give out my email around town because I can't remember URL's to tell ppl where to buy.

I have to agree. I bought a 510 kit and couldn't have been happier with it. Shipping charged batteries is such a nice touch. Like many, my kit came while I was at work. When I got home I could vape immediately, rather than waiting 4-8 hours while a battery charged.

The price was the best deal around, but even if it wasn't I'd keep ordering from them. Communication was the best!!

mooby mine didn't ship for about 8 days and then the tracking # showed up on usps.com. the next day I got it. I know they are behind, but worth the wait.

you can go to usps.com or just paste your tracking # into google and it will come up with their tracking URL. Then sign up for email notifications of activity on the tracking #.

ps the Ecopure juice is pretty good. I wouldn't hesitate to order a bottle. Smooth juice with a hint of flavor.

Considering this is my first post it may seem shameless and not to be trusted for an authentic opinion, but I did register to say that I love the 510 kit I received yesterday.

I originally bought a blu, buying into the huge advertising campaign involved, got it after about a month, and the atomizer broke about 3 weeks into use. Considering I couldn't get a replacement for the atomizer from them for another month anyway, I decided to try the 510 everyones been raving about. I looked around this site for awhile and thought innovapor would be a good choice, though it seemed a little risky since it was a pretty new site.

I ordered Monday of last week, and the order was delayed until roughly Wednesday due to shipping issues. However, the owners of the store were very open communication wise and explained all the details of the delay.

I received my package friday night (510 kit with PCC, Battery, and an Evo starter kit)

I wish I had known about the coupons posted around their myspace and such, but there's always a next time.

Being that this is my first post no one will probably believe me and I wouldn't blame them, but I do want to vouch for the great customer service.

As far as the Ecopure juice is concerned though, while it's good, and produces an excellent vapor and hit, I've found that I like PG liquids more for flavor. I just don't taste much from Ecopure, so I think this is purely preference. As far as throat hit is concerned it's an excellent liquid, but I'm a sucker for flavor.

I got my 510 for less than half the price (even figuring in 4 atomizers + 2 manual batteries, and shipping cost). It shipped the same day I ordered, and I received it earlier than I thought I would - no delays--nor on many other orders either. And I'd bet you an atomizer we all have the same 510 from China?

Sorry guys, I am not a team player on this one...Thanks for the info on the juice tho, I still haven't made up my mind yet--a bit too expensive to try right now.

I love my 510 from innovapor.com.. Though yes, there were a couple of shipping issues, they were up-front with me in their communications, and all replies came within 1-1.5 hours, no matter what time it was that I sent a message. I know, like the other guy, this is my first post, but I've been reading this forum for weeks.. I had ordered a Blu before really reading anything and after reading these forums, canceled the order and looked around for the best deal on a 510. I payed $150 and got 3 manual batts, 6 attys, PCC, USB chargers for each batt, 8 pre-filled carts w/ Regular EcoPure, 4x 3mL bottles of Menthol EcoPure, 1x 15mL bottle of Rich EcoPure, and they threw in two 3mL bottles of Rich V-High nic for the the trouble of the shipment being delayed 2 days (all others were just High nic). I ordered right before the 4th of July, so they were behind a little with that and backlog of orders on the 510's.. Being a new site, the shipping delay makes sense, and they did a great job of letting me know what was going on, and throwing in some freebies for the trouble was really cool of them.

That said, I LOVE this thing!! I've had it for 4 days now, and it's been hard to put it down.. I REALLY like the Rich flavor.. I really don't care much for the Menthol, which really just tastes like a harsher version of the Rich flavor.. and I'll probably be ordering some juice from WYS, I'm thinking that the VG doesn't really agree with me well, and I want to try out some new flavors.

All in all, however, their cust service is great, I love the product, and the juice is OK for the most part. I would give InnoVapor 4 stars out of 5.

Odd situation,

My wife and I have been kicking around deciding to vape or not and finally placed an order for an EVO kit from InnoVapor on Thursday. Friday they informed me that that there were issues with the EVO and offered to switch to the 510.

Around the same time I had been fighting a nasty cold cough for a week or so and went to Doc. They took an Xray and seems I have pneumonia.

I sent a not on to Noah and company asking to get fast service over the weekend so I can quit the analogs.

I hope they will hep me out. I can't stop smoking but am looking forward to e-smoking as soon as possible.

Wow, is the picture you posted what you actually got? I'm feeling a bit cheated. I ordered that exact same starter kit and my parts came in about six different zip lock bags. No case, no instructions of any kind. I sent the guys at innovapor an email saying that the presentation was a bit disappointing to say the least. Although everything that was supposed to be in the kit was present I got the feeling that they assembled it from a bunch of left over parts. They responded by saying that to provide the 'lowest possible prices' they have decided to do away with boxes and unnecessary packing materials.

yes that's the exact kit. the instructions were printed on large sheets. how to charge the batteries, the symbol colors for the ecopure carts.

they actually sent 4 3ml bottles of ecopure and a 15ml bottle. the charger was usb only which I expected from the details on the order page.

I did use one of the couponcodes from the 4th of july w/e. they may have changed their offer since then.

my only complaints are the carts were light on juice and filler material and I didn't get the new design atomizer that I was promised per Millie via email.

the package is still a good bargain. I'd wait until they straighten out their internal supply/demand/shipping problems before I'd order from them again though.

I've handed out a few of their biz cards around town. my mailman took one for his parents the day he delivered my dealextreme batteries.

I placed mine in the wee morning hours of Friday the 17th and have heard nothing from them and the order has remained in the processing stage. I wrote an e-mail, but have yet to hear anything back.

Not trying to complain, nor stir the pot as their prices before and especially after specials/coupons are awesome. I think the kits they put together (through bulk single part orders on their part I assume) are a great idea, and I wish them much success.

IIRC they charge all the parts before sending them out, and there was delay problems starting at least as early as back in the #200ish orders a couple weeks ago...Mine is in the mid-600's. Sounds like they got A LOT of business in a short period of time. Perhaps they weren't prepared for being a success so quickly.

Be it my CC was charged at order time though, it would be nice to know what's going on, and actually receive it some day.

My understanding is that most if not all below 700 went out the other night or Friday night....I would email them at innovapor@gmail.com and ask Millie for a tracking number.

I got mine today and it is my first pv. I like it - it came with 4 atomizers, 2 batteries, and 8 prefilled cartridges and 3 ml juice. They had some problems with their carts coming off the atomizers and reordered new carts before they sent out the kits. After I emailed them, they called me and then sent my kit express mail when the carts came in. I had a coupon so I got the pelican case and a PVV - it was $125 before coupon and $93 after - I think the code was innovapor20.

Hmmph.... I ordered a kit that was supposed to come with a PCC on July 12th. The parts showed up a week and a half later, but no PCC. Instead I get a letter stating there is a problem with the PCC's. Of course without the PCC there is no way to charge the battery.
I wouldn't normally post this publicly, but I have emailed them twice now and no reply. Hopefully this will get someone's attention. I also ordered a EVOlution e-cig from them with battery problems, but no reply on that either. I may stop payment on my credit card soon
So far I'm into that company (innovapor) for about $200.
