These guys have great service!
I have had my ProVari for several months, and the clear window came loose.
I wrote asking how I could just glue it back in and they suggested I send it in, which I did.
Not only did they quicklu repair it at no charge, but they did not charge me for the shipping AND gave me two free samples of their E-juice to boot.
Man, that is most excellent customer service.
BTW the ProVari is totally the BOMB.
I have several mods and it is always my go-to device. Now They are going to get my E-juice business too.
