This is getting off topic, Mrtrucker, but what do you think of the LavaTube? I've read so much about it but have never "talked" to someone who is actually using it. I bought a ProVari and to be honest, it is a very finely machined piece, but man, is it costly. When I saw the LavaTube, I thought it might be either a good back up PV if I need to send the 'Vari in for repairs or just as a daily use PV.
Would you mind giving your thoughts on the LavaTube? I'd be very curious to hear your opinion.

Hi, Horton! . . . don't mean to "step on" this thread, but I. too, have a Provari and I could not be more pleased with it! That said, I own two 5 volt box mods I purchased from another vendor that I use when I'm away from home and they are really great for the price! I just ordered my first juices from Stormy . . . tobacco Blend, Menthol and Hawaiian Delight . . . should be here in a couple of days . . . I am on my 3rd carto on the Arry actv3 and have had no leaks or problems, whatsoever! It will be interesting to see how Stormy's 80/20 juice blends perform in the Arry . . . Take care . . . Mike

Hey Mike...... I use 80/20 juice and so far I have not had a problem. I tend to chain vape and it keeps up no sweat. So, I'm guessing you will be fine with the juice you are getting from Stormy.
I don't like taking my 'Vari when I go out and that's another reason I'm curious about the LavaTube. I also have the parts sitting on my workbench to make a VV mod, but between an eye problem I've had the last few months and my weak and shaky hands from nerve damage in my neck, I have not started to work on it yet. It's very frustrating to see the parts sitting there, but I know I need to wait until at least the eye situation is resolved. I have ways to deal with the hand problem -- made some "braces" out of dishtowels and cardboard to help hold my hand steady on the bench when soldering. It has worked well so far, but I'm a little leery of real small work or drag soldering. horton -- out

As for the LavaTube question. I have no idea about it. The Mrs confiscated it for her use before I got to give it a work out. She seems happy with it.
