Just a quick thanks to Stormy for pointing me in the direction of the Cape Cod cleaning cloths. They are awesome for getting the GG back to new looking again with little effort! Only problem is now I don't want to touch it!

I cleaned all my GGs yesterday cos they got a bit grubby with everyone at the Vapefest in York last weekend having had their mitts all over them

I just love my GG family. You all are so sweet. I am just glad that they are working out for all of you.
Just rub your GG with the cloth until the dullness goes away then rub the GG on a towel to get all the black off and shine it up. It is really simple to use. No real elbow grease necessary.

Coming from a watch lover forum i knew about cape cod a long time ago i suggest you wearing some sort of gloves tho during the process, it's kinda yuck. But yes it works wonders.
I first clean the gg with alcohol , then drink it, then go cape cod and wipe with a microfiber cloth. Shining again as day 1

I made a cape out of cod, and I don't see the big deal. My GGTS is all slimy and none of my friends will talk to me anymore.
Guys, I have an idea. What about a GG that will have rombuses all around it so no cleaning is required, it will be antislip and it will have a nice feeling in hands?
You mean like a GG glove? I was thinking about heat shrink tube wrap around parts of the GG. I do this for heavy wires and have one round enough for the GG's and will try and let you know the outcome... I think it may work and be easy to remove without damage

No keon , I dont mean that. I know those heat shrink tubes but they come lossy after some time and make bubbles inside. I mean to make the GG's surface like the caps of AFS.
Ahh I see.., That would be sweet and i would like that as well but some may not like that type of feeling on their hands im thinking. This may be a good option to select, maybe make a bunch of them like that and the others the same.

Another benefit of this style will be no visible scratces.! I will do it for sure and maybe this will be the new style of GG. I am starting to like it very much
