I'm not really known for half steppin', so my $250 ish first diy order came in today. First off, mad props to wizard labs, their packaging is phenomenal. Also got a lot from ecx, no complaints, they had the stock that wizard didn't, but WL packaging is very comforting! Both ecx and wl have their plusses and I expect to do further business with each.

Made my first mixes today, and even with just a hotwater steep, they are definitely hands down vendor quality. I kept reading that I'd make some dogs, and budgeted for it, but maybe I just had the good sense to use recipes from you good people here!

tonight I mixed up:
Peach Tea – 4th tweak on this, juicy peach, raspberry, green tea, em, sweetener. Getting where I like it, but used up my last juicy peach, will share my final recipe soon.
RWHY4van 30 ml - Rwhy4 with 2% vanilla swirl, my second 30 ml bottle after two 10's, probably won't alter this recipe, it's perfect. 0 added PG, so just what's in the flavors, it's a vapor and flavor bomb! I get MAD complements on the 2nd hand aroma from this.
RwhyFoo – 30 ml my own made up recipe inspired by Rwhyfu, asian ry4, caramel candy, vanilla bean ice cream, all TPA, who knows what it'll taste like, didn't have french vanilla and whipped cream for official rwhyfu.
Chai latte 2.0 – My second go at it, upped the TPA chai tea to 15% with a bit of bavarian cream and sweetener, we'll see.
Gingerbread TPA 10% smells yum while mixing, should it be sweetened? We'll see...
peppermint TPA 10% 10 ml My first serious mix/mind ..... I think I might have added enough nic for a 30 ml bottle. So it's either 14mg/ml or 42. Oops. I'll take a careful 3 puffs to bioassay strength. Yes I know it sounds scary to say that on the internet, but I'm being honest about what I'm going to do. If I did over mix, then 3 puffs = 9 puffs and I've got a noticable nic fix and can dilute, no real danger...

Anantananda V2 This is funny, I realized the recipe I screwed up last time was in drops, and no volume was listed! Well I made it but transposed drops for percent, then accidentally doubled the anise! So yeah, i never made Anantananda. Maybe never will. But I liked it enough to modify it. Added tobacco this time, reduced the cinnamon, and upped the anise.
dark vapure is stinky in concentrate, smells like an ash tray, hope it's yum!

Earlier today did capella waffle at 15% all VG, it's gross today. Will see if it gets better with steep, if not will try diluting it.

Also did 15% TPA licorice in VG. Not bad for a single flavor. Lacks the depth of the pluid clone I didn't take the time to remake, and it's not quite as good as some commercial licorice I've had, but I'm enjoying it nontheless.

Final note, for my mix session, I use 3 coffee cups of hot water to rinse the syringes in series. So everytime I measure a flavor, I rinse the syringe repeatedly in first one cup, then the next, then the next. I decided to taste the water, and, well, given everything I mixed up it was interesting. The final cup was weak, but noticably flavored. The 2nd cup was stronger, and actually good. Can't quite call it tea, but I did take a second and third sip. The first cup was too strongly flavored and I didn't like it....

I just got in peach and green tea as well, and also have raspberry on hand. The green tea I have (VZ) is very floraly smelling straight from the bottle, seems like it will need a good bit of sweetener/EM to make it taste right. I've mixed a single flavor batch of it but haven't tried it yet.

Amazing how 2 drops flavor in 16 oz water flavors it so much and same in 10 ml e juice not the same

Here's where I'm at now, takes a few days for the peach to move from hint and smell to flavor. This was made for a friend so I put in some PG, myself I would just adjust to 0 added PG. I haven't tried the TPA green tea by itself, but I don't get much floral other than the peachiness. In fact I was mixing it a little stronger on previous batches and it was a slight bit astringent, which tea should be. The astringency added to the authenticity, but I decided to tone it down a bit for this round. Note on the raspberry, it's a background note to me at this level, I'd up the % if you want it more prominent.

ETA, I don't know if you can read that...seems small to me...

Yes, I think I read 2.5% someone posted in the rwhy4 thread, estimated that with drops into an already made bottle and it was more than noticeable. Dropped it to 2% for actual measured recipe and love it.
FYI, first taste for breakfast of what I just labled as RMyFoo indicates that vanilla bean icecream TPA has a home in ry4's, along with asian ry4 and caramel candy in this one.

Really enjoying my latest version of anantananda today. Awesome break flavor from anything else, it is uniquely delicious.

With 100% VG nic base and no added PG it works out to 80/20 assuming the flavorings are PG based, which I have no idea.
