Hey jj, good luck.

Try to think of it like "I'm switching brands"

Also, don't expect to go cold turkey. You can make it a goal, but not an expectation.
Don't set yourself up to be dissapointed if you break down and have one or two now and then.

At least that's what I'm doing.
I'll be happy if it cuts me down to 2 or 3 a day.
I currently still haven't had one since I opened the package about 17 hours ago though.

Yeah, keep us all informed and congrats to ya!

One word of advice if ya don't mind.
Don't put too much pressure on yourself to quit because you are trying vaping.

I still have a puff on those death tubes that offer us all those lovely chemicals but I went from 2 packs a day down to maybe 4 cigarettes at most.

If you have anywhere near that success it's all worth it.

You will experiment with different juices and maybe devices but you will eventually find the right combo and hopefully as the saying goes........

And then there were none.

Let it happen and it will.

After you've broken in your Blu, I'd suggest a 510. They're great little units and produce lots of flavor, throat hit and vapor. When you want to UPGRADE, I'd definitly recommend the Ego..it has anywhere from 6-10 hours of battery life and you can still use the atties and cartridges you got with your 510!

Best of luck and keep us posted girl!!

I am so glad I found this site! Everyone seems so nice, and helpful.
My first e-cig is due to come in today. I hope it will help me to finally give up those nasty things I have been smoking.
Wish me luck!

Welcome to the forum, and to our journey. This experience is an adventure, and one that can change your life.

When I ordered my very first unit in the summer of 2008, the available units were world's more primative than what is available now.

It took me a while to find the vape I needed, but I did and now I am totally off analogs for over a year.

While the beginning was a mix of positive and negative experiences tinged with disappointment, the whole vaping experiece has now become a wonderful journey for me.

Hope things work out well for you and please, never hesitate to ask if you need help or info. This forum has grown so much and there are so many very knowledgable members willing to share ...
