I'm feeling chatty, probably from all the recent vaping I've done today, I am also pretty new to vaping.
For my very first purchase, I decided on the Boge Leo because it's very portable, the battery lasts and there's solid support for this product. I thought I had done my homework and asked all the pertinent questions and was prepared for my new PV, boy was I wrong.
BUT thankfully Travis@vaporjunction.com is great at what he does. Thank you Travis.
I ordered my Leo's on Saturday night, and they arrived today - Monday. That is hands down the fastest delivery ever.
When I opened my units and started playing with them, I couldn't get that gorgeous vapor that everyone raves about, and no throat hit. I was heading for the forum to ask yet more questions when I remembered the cards that Travis had sent along with my purchase. On the front side is the business and contact information, and on the backside is a wonderful "all about e-cigarettes" FAQ -Nice touch. I already handed one to my mailman who was also chatty this morning and asked what was in the package that I waited in the cold for and ripped open before his eyes. We chatted for a bit and then I handed him the convenient card - a possible convert
So anyway, I contacted Travis by email and he wrote back within SECONDS that ...uhm...the 5 carts that came with the unit were ... uhm...empty. Well, color me embarrassed! - It does state that on the website description. Vapor Junction prefers sending the blank carts in lieu of some substandard filler carts. I really like that. There was no burned taste or nasty stuff that I had to eliminate before I could use my Leo.
Travis also let me know that my phone was out of service as he had tried to call and was unable to get through. I sent him another number and again, literally within seconds, I received a call. He put me at ease, went through step-by-step all the little things they don't tell you in the manual, like just how many drops does it take to fill a Leo cart, and other tips and tricks and within moments I was happily Vaping away. He also let me know what was up and coming and how to sign up for the Vapor Junction newsletter that informs members of sales and new items.
Oh ya, I will be purchasing more from Vapor Junction.
*Super-Fast delivery.
*Competitive pricing. (I bought two units for just a few dollars more than a dual battery kit and got the extra charger, carts, et al to boot)
*Quality products with a 3 month warranty at no extra cost.
*Technical support without being made to feel like an idiot (even though I was in this instance)
*Unbelievable customer support (with the most charming southern accent ever!) Honestly, what company has ever contacted you within moments of contact? Vapor Junction does.
Thank you Travis. I will gladly and highly recommend Vapor Junction to all who ask.
