Thank you everyone, you are truly great caring people.
I posted a while ago, I had many questions. All of you gave such great advise.
I opted to go with a ego, with a LR atty. Wow I'm so impressed I have tried to quit smoking so many times, from patches to gum etc. etc. The pills chantix are terrible, they made me crazy and I still had cravings. The ego has made me a non smoker finally after 30 years of being a heavy smoker I'm free.
