Good job! Just don't force anything on yourself. The trick is, at least for me, don't make it feel as if you are depriving yourself. In reality, the only reason you still smoke is because you still don't entirely trust that your ecig can satisfy you. Once you really put your trust in you ecig you will realize that it is more satisfying than smoking ever was. At this point it is all a mind game and I have recently overcome it just as you will.

It has been hard for me too, but the more I vaped and the longer I did it the easier it became, and the more flavors I found that I loved...the easier it was! We all have been where you are and eventually you will be where we are I am at a little over three months and counting without a cig! I found this place to be a saving grace even though I had already been vaping for over two months when I first joined up. This place is wonderful for support, getting your questions answered, contests from vendors (I just found those and have become an ECF contest junkie ) I love it here and find myself on this site so much that I don't get much done around the house I just sit on my .... and reply and read forums. Welcome again to ECF and good luck on your road to success at finally quitting, and happy !

I weaned myself down from 3 PAD over a 4 to 5 month period, and still smoke a cig 2 to 3 times a week. There is no set rule, and you're doing great.
