I've been using the EMDCC's from madvapes for awhile, and I've ordered a few other things along the way.

Recently, I ordered some more EMDCC's, and I added an atomizer and drip tip to the list to use for dripping, since I don't like filling an EMDCC with juice I haven't tested.

When I got the order, the thing that should have been an atomizer was some kind of cartomizer. I was tempted to blow it off, even though I wasn't happy, but someone on the ECF IRC channel told me "No, they are very good at problem resolution, file a ticket". So I did.

A day or two later, I got a response saying they would be shipping me a new atomizer. And today, it came in the mail.

I just wanted to say thanks. That's good customer service.
