Oh, MK, I was in Wyoming for a long visit and remember the wind there but I also remember it would stop - for actual DAYS at a time - astounding! I thought wind was a force of nature like sunshine or rain and just kept happening. But, the really great part is I have the strongest legs imaginable from walking in that blasted wind! Sadly, we get little or no wind in Wilmette and I miss it.... On those first days of spring, it would wrap itself around you like a warm cocoon. Wish I could say a warm, gentle blanket but it was more like something you had to fight your way out of
