Once again the crew at madvapes comes through. In all my orders from you guys I have had only two problems and they were fixed right away. On the latest one, shipping the replacements out with a prepaid return label is great. Most companies want the misshipped product back before sending a replacement. By showing this level of trust in your customers you are setting the standard for other suppliers. Thanks Again.

They are great..I only had 2 issues myself and only 1 real one in over 10 orders. The 1st one was my atomizers weren't lasting very long but that turned out to be Carmel Tobacco is just to thick and it clogs/kills them (so thick dripping is the only way to get it's full flavor)..they sent me a couple free atomizers when I submitted a ticket even though they didn't have to..at 1st I used CE2's to drip my Carmel but after awhile I started building my own atomizers out of CE2 parts and short metal/plastic tubes.

The 2nd (real) issue is when I ordered 4 packs of DoD bottles and only 2 packs came..mistakes happen sometimes..sent a ticket and it was shipped the next day. I don't order from anyone else at this point and only plan on ordering elsewhere for items they don't have..as long as they keep having great service and very reasonable prices

Just got my 5th order 2 days ago. everything exactly as I expected it, and shipped the next day, even though it wsa the first business day of the year...

I stopped ordering elsewhere. If Madvapes doesn't have it, I probably can live without it.
