This was my first order from HC because I wanted to try the juice. Ordered around the 18th. I guess there was some massive backup due to the holiday. Stil have not received my package but they were kind enough to refund my shipping and say they will reship my order if it ends up being lost. I did not even complain or anything. Very proactive and responsible. I hope the liquid is as good as the service. hehe

normally our customers in USA can get their orders within 6 days after their orders are shipped over here.
however now it is a different time. millions of packages are waiting for airplanes for different countries at the airport everyday. so it will take much longer than before for a package to catch the right plane and leave china.
we expect everything to be alright after our holiday.

Yeah, just saw my first order make it into customs today too. The second one only took four days LOL... must be absolute chaos at the airport. I had my shipping cost refunded as well, and they threw in an e-cig holder thing with my second order (I'll be using a battery mod so I'll give it to my gf as a pen holder or something). Great customer service!
I got an email telling me that my shipping was delayed and the package was stuck at a Chinese airport due to the upcoming holidays. Then, surprisingly, I got my package within the next two days (from HealthCabin), when I figured it would take another week ... One guess is that US customs was pushing small packages from China through pretty fast if there is a huge influx right now due to their holidays (like the US around Christmas time, I would think) - but that's just a guess... Anyways, I was very satisfied. Of course holiday-time shipping is out of HC's control, but it turned out well, definitely. And their customer service is great and Amy is great. (And their products are great)
Hey, I don't know if it's the same thing, but I got a cool e-cig holder kinda carrying case thing for it which I think is really cool (and use it to stealth-vape as it covers the light) (it's like a little e-cig sack). It's pretty awesome! And it's got a cute kinda drawing of a vaporer (?) on it too, which I think is really cool. I didn't expect it and am really happy with it as an awesome little surprise.

No problem! It works so good for me at work to stealth. Imagine, you got a pouch.... if someone doesn't know about PVs then it would be crazy to think you are doing anything wrong with a little pouch, as long as you don't blow vapor in their face. It works really well for me.
